How to dye your dark roots to an icy white platinum blonde at home tutorial with no damage using OLAPLEX. Olaplex made all this possible without my hair falling out 🙂 Highly recommend this product if you plan on using bleach in your hair 🙂 please consult your hairstylist I am not a professional, just doing it for fun 🙂 yellow to icy white hair.

Products I used:
Quick Blue Bleach (1scoop)
ION 40 Developer (2.5oz)
Enebrya Ice Cream (Super platinum pearl blonde 11/2)
Olaplex No.1 (3ml)
Olaplex No.2 (a generous amount)
Mixing bowl
Hair dye Brush
Gloves
Bag
Mirror
Shampoo (LaCoupe orgnx Coconut oil)
Conditioner (LaCoupe orgnx Coconut oil)
Steps:
1: Bleaching: *check products for the exact amounts
first mix your bleach 1 scoop and developer(#40) (2.5 oz)
then mix in olaplex no.1 (3ml)
then apply to hair
wait 40 minutes add more as needed
then rinse out completely
add olaplex no.2 (a generous amount)
leave in for 10 minutes
Blow dry Hair
Colouring: *check products for the exact amounts
first mix colour(superlight pearl blonde) tube and developer(#40) (2.5oz)
then mix in olaplex no.1 (3ml)
apply to hair
leave on for 30 minutes.
rinse out completely
shampoo and condioner (lacoupe orgnx coconut oil)
rinse completely
add olaplex no.2 (bond perfecter) (a generous amount)
leave it 10 minutes or more.
rinse
**if your hair is a bit yellow repeat the colouring step just leave it in for less time depending how much you need lifted in my case I only left it for about 10-20 minutes max and it turned a bit purple (it washes out after a few washes! 😛
I use purple shampoo to maintain the platinum every 2 weeks depending how often you wash your hair.
it will fade to yellow that’s when you know its time for purple shampoo 🙂
